Does it cost more to use ASPC than if I appoint the agent directly myself ?

No, ASPC will negotiate on your behalf a selling commission that you will pay to the agent, these commissions vary from agent to agent and suburb to suburb. We ensure the commission is comensurate with the sale of your home. Most Agents charge a commission between 1 - 3%. 

Will ASPC attend my Auction if that is the way I choose to sell my property ?

Yes, ASPC will be with you all the way. We meet with you and the Auctioneer to ensure there are no unexpected surprises on the day. We attend the Auction and help you with our independent advice to assist you to make an informed decision on the day. We do this to ensure the process is as stressfree as possible.
