Who is ASPC ?
Vendor Advocates ASPC ( Australian Solicitors Property Company ) commenced operations in 2002. The company was formed as a co-operative of some 80 legal firms based around Victoria.Bernard Lawry heads up the Company and is Melbourne's leading Vendors Advocate. The objective of the business is to ensure transparency, clarity and honesty for clients who required the services of a Real Estate Agent when either selling or buying property.
Hence ASPC founded Vendor Advocacy in the State of Victoria. We now act for a client base not only based in Victoria but Australia wide and areas of South East Asia. Our clients are referred to us from many types of businesses, Law Firms, Financial Planners, Accountants, Aged Care Placement Agencies and Retirement Villages.
ASPC now offer a range of products to assist a wide range of clients, from people who require the services of an Advocate who can personally negotiate commissions and selling costs, right through to packing up the home, arranging any cleaning, maintenance and preparation of a property for sale, and then overseeing the entire sales and marketing campaign to ensure the selling agent maximises the financial return on the sale of the property.
