Packing and Sorting

ASPC have a dedicated team of sorters and packers, that if required can sort out and pack up the entire home. We arrive in the morning and by end of day you can be moved or be ready for the move the following day. What can take the uninitiated weeks of frustration and work can be done and dusted in a day. Whilst you go out enjoy some lunch, perhaps catch a movie in the afternoon and then you can come back to the completed task. Nothing could be easier.

Property Maintenance

Whether the home needs a Plumber, and Electrician, Painter or plasterer we can arrange it. We receive quotes for the work that needs to be undertaken. Upon your approval we enagage the tradespeople and oversee all the work to your satisfaction. Upon completion ASPC pay the tradespeople up front and then carry the account through until settlement of the sale. You are not out of pocket one cent !

Removalists

When it's time to move we can co-ordinate the entire move. Whether your moving to a new home, retirement lifestyle property or even interstate we can arrange the removalists. You do not need to even be home. We arrive at a designated time, supervise the removalists oversee the move throughout the day until completion.

At this time the home may require cleaning, we can co-ordinate this as well so that it all goes like clockwork and is as stressfree as possible.

Rubbish Removal

Even if there is an old car on the site we can remove it. Many of ther homes we handle particulary deceased estates have been left a little unkempt. No problem ASPC will send in a team of hardy workers who will remove the rubbish, clean up the site and have it looking " spick and Span " in no time. We recently cleared a site that had not been mowed or maintained for 50 years. Within 5 days the house was not only visable from the street again, it sold for an excellent price. Needless to say the neighbours were delighted ! ( the picture was one of 8 skips used to clear the site of this home !

Cleaning & Window Cleaning

ASPC can provide professional cleaners if required. We personally supervise the cleaning of the home and carry out a final inspection to ensure the home presents in the best possible light for sale. After all first impressions are the best impressions. Our cleaning staff are professional, on time and offer very competitive rates.
