When is it right to sell ?

There will be times when we Will recommend not to sell. If we believe the price or conditions of a contract are not favorable for you to consider we will tell you… up front.

We become actively involved in the negotiation to ensure whatever offer is being presented to you is the best case scenario. If we consider that situation not in your best interests we will advise you against acceptance.

We will continue to work with the appointed agent until we reach a position where we are confident the offer presented to you is the highest and best offer we consider you will receive.

We will seek and respect your instructions and position at this point.
